Vonthya 12-Month Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to eligible products purchased directly from vonthya.com. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces, retailers, or resellers are not covered under this Limited Warranty unless explicitly stated by Vonthya in writing.

12-Month Limited Warranty

Vonthya provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended personal use.

This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

1. What this Limited Warranty covers

This Limited Warranty covers eligible defects that appear during normal intended use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Functional faults affecting the normal operation of the product
  • Defects in built-in components that affect intended use under normal household use

2. What this Limited Warranty does not cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, crushing, or liquid exposure
  • Damage caused by improper charging, improper storage, improper cleaning, or failure to follow product instructions
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable or wear-related parts, accessories, or components unless defective on arrival or affected by a covered manufacturing fault
  • Cosmetic marks, scratches, discoloration, or other visual changes that do not affect normal function
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use with non-approved accessories or parts
  • Commercial, rental, medical, or institutional use unless expressly authorized by Vonthya in writing

3. How to make a claim

To request warranty support, please email info@vonthya.com and include:

  • Your order number or other proof of purchase
  • A short description of the issue, including when and how it occurs
  • Clear photo or video evidence, where possible
  • Your shipping address and contact phone number if replacement or return handling may be required

Our team will review the claim and provide the next steps, which may include troubleshooting, further assessment, repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.

4. What Vonthya may do

If a claim is approved, Vonthya may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Replace the affected component or accessory, where appropriate
  • Provide store credit, a partial refund, or a full refund where repair or replacement is not possible, reasonable, or proportionate

Any repaired or replaced product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days after delivery of the repaired or replacement product, whichever is longer.

5. Return handling

In some cases, Vonthya may ask for the product to be returned for inspection or verification. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and any documentation needed for the return process.

Where required by applicable law, approved remedies for eligible defects will be provided without charge to the consumer.

6. Transferability

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

7. Regional consumer rights

This Limited Warranty is an additional commercial promise from Vonthya. It does not replace, restrict, or reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the law of the customer’s country or state.

  • European Union / EEA: consumers generally benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for new consumer goods.
  • United Kingdom: a warranty or guarantee does not affect the customer’s statutory rights for faulty goods.

  • United States: additional rights may exist under state law, and written consumer product warranties may also be governed by applicable federal law.

  • Canada: consumer warranty and implied-right protections may apply in addition to this Limited Warranty, and the exact position can vary by province or territory.

  • Australia: warranties are additional to consumer guarantees under Australian consumer law.
