First uses did not like it, the massage felt strange. But for two months i couldn't use because of surgery. And im happy i did not send it back. My sister is a massage therapist , she told me that light therapy and gentle massage vibration helps with the recovery. Just wish it was a bit bigger for taller people. Good thing did not send back to test it after my leg is better.

6 Years ago I had an ACL injury , and during cold days i often had a sharp pain on the knee, something that the my doctortold me. But after using this device it made it bearable. It did not cure it completely but it helps.
