1. Coverage

Vonthya provides a 1-Year Limited Commercial Warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended household use.

2. What is covered

• Failure of heating, vibration, or motor components due to manufacturing defects
• Electronic or control system faults not caused by misuse or modification
• Structural integrity of the product body and built-in components

3. What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or liquid exposure
• Wear and tear of accessories (e.g., straps, pads, or cables)
• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or use with non-approved parts
• Cosmetic imperfections not affecting performance
• Commercial or rental use without prior written authorization

4. How to make a warranty claim

1. Keep your proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
2. Email info@vonthya.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos or video evidence if available.
3. Our support team will review the claim and provide instructions for assessment, repair, or replacement.

5. Remedies

At Vonthya’s discretion, remedies may include:

• Repair or replacement of defective components
• Like-for-like replacement of the product if repair is not feasible
• Refund only if repair or replacement is not possible or proportionate

Repaired or replaced products remain covered under the original warranty term or 90 days, whichever is longer.

6. Regional warranty terms

🇪🇺 European Union (including Belgium)

EU consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and Belgian law. This guarantee covers non-conformity existing at delivery and applies regardless of the 1-year Vonthya commercial warranty.

The Vonthya 1-Year Commercial Warranty operates in addition to statutory rights and offers manufacturer-direct support for covered defects.

🇺🇸 United States

In the U.S., this product is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty pursuant to the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal consumer use and is limited to repair or replacement. Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness may also apply under applicable state law.

This warranty does not limit rights available under state consumer protection statutes.

7. Transferability

This commercial warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
